Tuition and school hours

Our K–8 Micro School runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. School-only tuition is $14,000 per year, paid in four quarterly installments of $3,500. Starting in January, choose an optional bundle below to include 36 weeks of before- or after-school care in your quarterly payments.

Unique Abilities scholarships accepted

PHM Academy accepts Step Up For Students’ Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) for our K–8 Micro School. Contact our team to discuss your child’s enrollment, scholarship payment arrangements, and any remaining tuition balance.

Micro School with before-school or after-school care

Starting in January: $21,200 per year, paid in four quarterly installments of $5,300. Private-pay total. Includes Micro School tuition plus 36 weeks of either before-school care or after-school care. Choose the care option that fits your family.

Micro School with before- and after-school care

Starting in January: $22,100 per year, paid in four quarterly installments of $5,525. Private-pay total. Includes Micro School tuition plus 36 weeks of both before-school and after-school care.

Before- and after-school care with ELC

Before- and after-school care prices are private-pay rates. Families using ELC pay the difference after their ELC contribution is applied to eligible care. Our team will confirm your family’s remaining balance.

Transportation

Transportation is not provided. Families are responsible for arranging their child’s transportation to and from PHM.

Tutoring

Saturday Kids Club tutoring offers math, reading, writing, and practical money skills. Sessions are $150 each, from 9 AM–1 PM or 1–5 PM. Sign-up is required. Cash, debit cards, and eligible Step Up scholarship funding are accepted.

A personalized learning day

Our learning day brings together literacy, math, social-emotional learning, creative arts, STEAM, movement, and sensory breaks within a familiar daily rhythm.

Designed with family input

We invite families to share priorities, strengths, sensory preferences, and learning needs so support can feel more personal.

Parent partnership and therapy plans

When your child has a therapy plan from a qualified professional, parents must follow that plan and work with our team to keep support consistent between home, school, and therapy. Working together helps us support your child’s progress.

PHM works with A Core Connection for therapy support. They accept Medicaid. Contact A Core Connection to confirm your child’s plan, covered services, and any required authorization.
